How does the 12 days of Christmas event work?
The 12 Days of Christmas unveils gifts at random times each day, starting from the 14th until the 25th of December. To claim, you need to have signed up on or before December 14, 2023, and have purchased a 'XMAS CS VPS 23 - 3' plan or higher from our Christmas Mega Sale. You can check your account creation date here.
Are the gifts shipped globally?
Yes, unless specified otherwise, the gifts can be shipped to any international address via postal service. Please note that some countries may charge taxes based on the specific laws.
How can I claim my gift?
If your account was created on or before December 14, 2023, and you have already purchased an XMAS CS VPS 23 - 3 plan or higher from our Christmas Mega Sale, you can claim any one gift per account after it's unlocked. Gift stocks are limited, so it's first come, first served. Good luck! 🤞🏻
When will I recieve my gift?
The CloudCone Credits will be added to your account as soon as you claim the gift. Regarding the t-shirts, we will contact you via email to collect the shipping address, and once the t-shirt is shipped, we will notify you. Shipping is expected to commence next month in mid-January 2024.
Why are some gifts unavailable?
To maintain the excitement of the event, a new gift is unlocked each day at a random time. Once unlocked, the gift remains available for claim until the end of the the day or until stocks last.
How many gifts can I claim?
You have the opportunity to claim only one gift for the event.
When does the event end?
The '12 Days of Christmas' event is planned to end on the 25th of December.
